Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your subscription box purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your box and we will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
